Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems with precision and efficiency. Your mechanical knowledge and technical proficiency will ensure vehicles operate safely and reliably, providing outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across vehicle electrical systems, powertrain, transmissions, suspension, and more. Conduct repairs on various vehicle systems including engines (gasoline and diesel), transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical wiring diagrams interpretation. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to execute repairs with attention to quality and safety standards. Interpret automotive schematics and wiring diagrams accurately for complex electrical troubleshooting. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication throughout the service process. Requirements Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician experience in automotive repair environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques for automotive diagnostics. Familiarity with automotive wiring diagram interpretation, vehicle systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and vehicle transmission system repair. Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred but not required. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive electrical systems effectively. Knowledge of diesel engine repair and vehicle suspension system repair is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients.
