On-Call Rotation Guaranteed Hours:
40 Hours/Week
PAY PACKAGE
Travel Weekly Gross:
$2,446/
Week Local Pay:
$55/
Hour Bonus:
$500 one-time bonus, paid on the 4th paycheck
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6+ months of recent Home Health experience Active Colorado RN License Current
BLS/BCLS
Certification

HEALTH RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Assess patients' health conditions and develop appropriate nursing care plans Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Perform wound care and other skilled nursing procedures as required Educate patients and family members about medications, treatments, and disease management Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Provide patient education and support to promote independence and recovery Follow infection-control, safety, and home-health care standards Respond appropriately to patient needs during on-call rotations
