Description Klarus Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) Case Manager to join our team. We are looking for full time, part time, PRN / Per Diem RNs who are passionate about providing quality home health care to our community-based patients in Aurora, Centennial, Glendale, Englewood and the surrounding areas. Requirements Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand A minimum of one-year clinical experience is preferred OASIS knowledge highly preferred Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
