This role works closely with the Assisted Living Manager, Health & Wellness Director, caregiving teams, and community leadership to help ensure quality resident care, staff competency, regulatory compliance, and overall resident wellbeing. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, clinically knowledgeable, and passionate about supporting seniors and clinical teams through education, oversight, and leadership. Responsibilities Evaluate resident nursing care needs and clinical service requirements Delegate nursing tasks according to applicable state regulations and standards Monitor resident care quality and support resident-centered care practices Provide clinical guidance, education, and support to caregiving teams Partner with the Assisted Living Manager and Health & Wellness Director to ensure compliance with policies and regulations Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and service plan updates as needed Monitor staff competency and support ongoing clinical training initiatives Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication Support quality assurance, infection control, and medication management practices Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Promote Charter Senior Living's mission and core values daily Qualifications Active nursing license in good standing as required by state regulations Previous assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred Experience with nursing delegation and regulatory compliance strongly preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Leadership, training, and coaching experience preferred Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment What Makes a Great Fit We are looking for someone who: Leads with compassion, professionalism, and accountability Enjoys mentoring and supporting caregiving teams Maintains strong clinical and regulatory standards Builds positive relationships with residents, families, and associates Thrives in a collaborative care environment Is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors every day What Our Associates Say About Charter "It truly feels like family at Charter."
