Qualifications and Experience:

Valid and active RN license required Experience in a school setting or with pediatric patients strongly preferred Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills Ability to remain calm and respond quickly in emergencies Comfort with individualized care planning and collaboration with teachers, health services, and parents Dedication to maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-to-one nursing care to a kindergarten student throughout the school day Administer medications, monitor health status, and address any immediate health needs Implement the students care plan with precision and sensitivity Maintain accurate health records and daily reporting as required by school policies Communicate regularly with the educational team and family to support the students well-being Foster a supportive atmosphere, advocating for your student's health and participation Experience the fulfillment of making a difference in a young learner's journey while enjoying consistent hours and a collaborative school atmosphere.
