  • Seasonal Resource Office (SRO) Registered Nurse Opportunities

Join BayCare's Seasonal Resource Office (SRO) team and support our hospitals during peak winter patient volumes. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced acute care RNs seeking a short-term commitment while gaining exposure to multiple facilities and specialties throughout the BayCare system.

  • + 13-week seasonal assignment + Opportunities available during the winter surge season + Competitive seasonal pay rates + 12-hour shifts available + Day and Night shift opportunities + Every other weekend commitment required + No on-call requirements + Placement may vary based on organizational need, clinical specialty, and location preference + Opportunities throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties •Minimum Qualifications•+ Active Florida RN license + Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care RN experience + Ability to commit to a 13-week seasonal assignment + Flexibility to work at assigned BayCare facilities •Specialty Opportunities May Include•+ Medical/Surgical + Progressive Care + Critical Care/ICU + Emergency Department + Women's Services + Behavioral Health + Perioperative Services + Other specialty areas based on seasonal demand •Why Join BayCare's SRO Team?
