Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Services Registered Nurse (RN) position. The Wellness Services Registered Nurse is a dual service nursing role supporting both Wellness Home Services and the Primary Care Office. Provides individualized wellness nursing services and fee-for-service care through Wellness Home Services while also supporting the clinical and administrative operations of the Primary Care Office as services are established and utilization grows. Collaborates with the Wellness Office Manager and the Nurse Practitioner to help residents access appropriate services across the well-being continuum, promote coordinated care, and support a welcoming, efficient office model without creating separate nursing silos. Requirements The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing Minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred, ideally in senior living, primary care, community health, wellness, home health, or a health-related setting Experience with care coordination, office workflow, electronic health records, insurance verification, or ambulatory/primary care operations is preferred, but not required Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within three months of employment) Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
