is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses to join our growing home health team serving patients throughout Broward County, Florida. We are committed to Compassionate Care~ Clinical Excellence~ Personalized Support and are building a team of nurses who value professionalism, patient dignity, safety, and quality care in the home. Position Details PRN / Per Diem $45

• 50 per hour , based on experience and assignment Flexible scheduling Broward County service area In-home patient care Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care Perform nursing assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice Provide patient and caregiver education Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate physician and members of the care team Coordinate patient care with the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager and other healthcare professionals Supervise HHA/CNA services when assigned and required Follow infection-control, patient-safety and emergency procedures Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Qualifications Current, active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR/BLS certification Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned patient homes throughout Broward County Ability to meet required background-screening and employment requirements Strong clinical judgment, communication and documentation skills Home health, private duty, or related nursing experience preferred Why Join Sanitas Home Care?
