What We Need 4 PRN Nurses 2 Night Shift 2 Day Shift What You'll Do Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and appropriate team members. Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and resident care conferences. Educate residents and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and healthcare needs. Promote a safe, quality-focused environment while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Required Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Preferred Experience in a skilled nursing facility, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and skilled nursing regulations. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. IV certification and wound care experience preferred.
