What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Our work environment includes:
Two operating rooms Caring and supportive staff and management Safe work environment ```Duties:
``` Acting as an advocate for the patient before, during and after surgery Monitoring and recording the patient's vitals pre-operation Assisting in preparing the surgical instruments and materials that the surgical team will need during the operation Recording every aspect of an operation, including the names and titles of those performing the surgery, the tools used, the amount of anesthetic a patient received and how long the surgery took Advising the surgical team on potential harm to the patient during surgery Assisting surgeons during the surgery if needed Escorting patients to the recovery room post-operation Cleaning the operating room post-operation Accounting for all instruments and supplies used during the procedure- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Document patient information, medical history, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care measures
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment ```
Qualifications:
```- Valid nursing license and registration
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
