Job Description
Role:
As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and evaluating residents' conditions , developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to promote optimal health outcomes. Administering medications , treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians and consistent with our care protocols. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, medications, and treatments to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services.What We Offer:
