Registered Nurse RN Mobile IV Therapy Independent Contractor Premium IV Hydration Concierge - The Private Drip is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide mobile IV hydration services throughout Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Bradenton, Myakka City, and surrounding areas. This is a flexible 1099 independent-contractor opportunity. Assignments are offered based on client demand, location, availability, credentials, experience, and service needs. Contractors may accept or decline individual assignments. Hours, assignments, and earnings are not guaranteed. Responsibilities Review required client screening and consent information Perform nursing assessments and obtain vital signs Initiate peripheral IVs and administer authorized IV therapy Monitor clients throughout treatment Follow physician-approved standing orders, clinical protocols, and safety procedures Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation Recognize adverse reactions and follow emergency-escalation procedures Provide professional and compassionate concierge service in homes, offices, hotels, and event settings Protect client privacy and comply with HIPAA requirements Decline, pause, or discontinue treatment when clinically inappropriate, contraindicated, outside standing orders, or outside RN scope Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Florida RN license or qualifying multistate RN license with authority to practice in Florida Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification Strong peripheral IV insertion and infusion-monitoring skills Competency in nursing assessment, medication administration, documentation, adverse-reaction recognition, and emergency response Ability to work independently within RN scope, physician-approved standing orders, and authorized protocols Individual professional malpractice or liability insurance, or ability to obtain required coverage before accepting assignments Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal automobile insurance Smartphone with reliable mobile service Professional communication, documentation, and customer-service skills Willingness to complete credential verification, competency validation, required acknowledgments, orientation, and any legally applicable screening Preferred Experience Infusion therapy Emergency nursing ICU or critical care Mobile nursing Home health Outpatient or concierge care Difficult IV access Adverse-reaction and emergency-response management Compensation Starting at $35 per completed, qualifying IV treatment Opportunity to earn up to $50 per completed treatment under the current written volume schedule Additional approved compensation may be available for qualifying priority, after-hours, on-call, holiday, or special-event assignments Weekly payment for completed assignments after required documentation and reconciliation No guaranteed minimum number of assignments or earnings Schedule Flexible availability may include: Weekdays Evenings Weekends Same-day requests Voluntary on-call availability Private and group events How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed and include: Florida RN license number Years of nursing and IV-therapy experience Current certifications General availability Preferred service areas Malpractice or professional-liability insurance status Applicants who are conditionally selected must complete our fillable RN Independent Contractor Application, credential-verification process, competency validation, and required contractor documents before accepting assignments.
