Overview Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetics Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA), where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional aesthetic and dermatological care. This exciting position offers the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise, aesthetic laser treatments, and advanced procedures to enhance patient confidence and well-being. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to provide personalized treatment plans, perform minimally invasive procedures, and ensure outstanding patient care in a fast-paced, innovative environment. If you are passionate about aesthetics, possess a strong medical background, and thrive on making a positive impact, this role is perfect for you! Minimum of 2 plus years full-time Aesthetics experience. Preferably over 5 yrs Aesthetics experience. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and physical examinations to determine suitability for aesthetic procedures. Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and perform aesthetic laser treatments with precision and safety. Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) accurately, documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and follow-up plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across specialties including dermatology and internal medicine to develop comprehensive patient care strategies. Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and lifestyle modifications to optimize results and satisfaction. Stay current with industry standards by participating in clinical research opportunities and maintaining certifications related to aesthetic laser treatments. Skills Proven experience working with EMR/EHR systems. Expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, lasers, and other minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Strong background in critical care environments including ICU or emergency room experience, dermatology; familiarity with acute pain management. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge relevant to dermatology and aesthetics, and diagnostic evaluation skills. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about treatment options and expectations. Experience working within collaborative practice agreements under state law as an advanced practice provider (APP), ensuring compliance with DEA regulations for medication prescribing.
