This is an excellent opportunity to build your clinical skills while caring for medically complex children in a supportive, family-centered environment. As one of our first clinical team members, you'll receive mentorship from experienced nursing leadership while gaining hands-on experience in pediatric nursing. As OhanaCare continues to grow, you'll have opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge and take on additional responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Educate and support children and their families Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with Medicaid, AHCA, and PPEC regulations Help create a safe, engaging, and compassionate environment for children Professional Development As you grow with OhanaCare, you'll receive training and experience in: Development and management of Individualized Plans of Care (POCs) Care coordination and interdisciplinary communication Medicaid documentation and regulatory compliance Quality assurance and clinical documentation Leadership and operational responsibilities as the center grows Development and implementation of OhanaCare's policies, procedures, and clinical workflows QualificationsRequired Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS/CPR certification Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
Pay:
$32.00 - $34.00 per hour
