Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications, up to $60/hour for exceptionally qualified candidates, plus commission. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in medical aesthetics to join our practice in Edgewater, Miami. The ideal candidate combines excellent injection technique, sound clinical judgment, and a warm, professional approach to patient care. This position is for an established aesthetic injector with at least two years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or aesthetics practice. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations, review medical histories, and assess treatment suitability. Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect patients' goals and appropriate clinical care. Perform Botox/Dysport and hyaluronic acid dermal filler treatments. Provide additional aesthetic services within demonstrated competencies, including Sculptra, Radiesse, nonsurgical body contouring, PRP/PRF, microneedling, and RF microneedling. Administer IV therapy and vitamin injections as appropriate. Explain treatment expectations, aftercare, and follow-up recommendations. Recognize and respond to complications, including vascular occlusion. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, consent forms, and treatment photographs. Build lasting patient relationships through thoughtful care and consistent follow-up. Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team. Required Qualifications Active Florida APRN license in good standing and Nurse Practitioner certification. At least two years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience in a medical spa or aesthetics practice. Demonstrated proficiency with Botox/Dysport and hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, patient assessment, and injection safety. Experience recognizing and managing injectable complications, including familiarity with hyaluronidase protocols. Excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail. Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor and collaborate with our medical director. Professional liability coverage appropriate to the services performed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Sculptra, Radiesse, and nonsurgical BBL treatments. Experience with PRP/PRF, microneedling, and RF microneedling, including Vivace or comparable devices. Experience with IV therapy and vitamin injections. Bilingual English/Spanish. Familiarity with Boulevard or similar electronic charting systems. A portfolio of treatment results available for review with appropriate patient authorization. Saturday and occasional evening availability. Compensation and Schedule Hourly compensation based on relevant experience, treatment proficiency, and demonstrated qualifications.
