Job Description
Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will assess patients recovering from major illness or injury, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with therapists and physicians to optimize outcomes. You'll educate patients and families, ensure accurate EHR documentation, and promote safety and infection control.
