Role:

Gabriel Domenech, MD, PA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Chemotherapy Infusion Registered Nurse to join our dedicated oncology team in Plantation, FL. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of cancer patients by delivering expert, patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer chemotherapy and other IV infusion therapies safely and in accordance with established oncology protocols Monitor patients during infusion sessions for adverse reactions, side effects, and changes in condition Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication side effects, and self-care strategies Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate individualized patient care Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatments, patient responses, and nursing assessments in the EMR Manage central venous access devices, including PICCs, ports, and central lines Ensure compliance with OSHA, ONS, and facility safety standards for chemotherapy handling and disposal

Requirements:

Active Florida RN license in good standing ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) Minimum 1-2 years of oncology, infusion, or chemotherapy nursing experience Proficiency in IV insertion, port access, and central line management Strong knowledge of chemotherapy agents, protocols, and safe handling procedures BLS/CPR certification required Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with excellent communication skills
