Our aim is to facilitate your transition from graduate to professional nurse in a practical, patient-focused setting. Responsibilities Participate actively in all learning and work experiences. Implementing safe and effective patient care under supervision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive patient care. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures including health and safety standards. Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Required Skills Strong clinical skills and knowledge of modern healthcare practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to handle stressful situations and adapt to fast-paced environments.
