AVAILABLE ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Athletes Global is assisting one of our valued healthcare clients in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with filling two full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift openings. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dependable RN who enjoys leadership, independence, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents. As a Night Shift RN, you will play a critical role in making sure residents receive exceptional care around the clock. You will help lead the clinical team during your shift, support residents, and ensure everything continues to operate safely and smoothly throughout the night. We are looking for nurses who bring strong clinical judgment, professionalism, compassion, and the ability to confidently lead and support others.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and coordinate nursing care across the community to ensure the highest standards are consistently met Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care and proactively address concerns Oversee medication administration and treatment schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper charting practices are followed Promote a safe environment by ensuring adherence to safety protocols and emergency preparedness procedures Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents and team members Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to improve care processes and staffing needs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have Qualifications Active RN license in the State of Florida Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing standards and regulations Leadership experience or the ability to supervise and guide a team Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to remain calm, organized, and responsive in a fast-paced environment Current and valid CPR certification Nice-to-Have Experience Experience in long-term care or senior living Previous supervisory or Charge Nurse experience Familiarity with electronic charting systems

COMPENSATION

$36.00 - $38.00 per hour Compensation is based on experience and applicable shift differentials.

SIGN-ON BONUS - UP TO

$5,000 Eligible new hires may receive a total sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Bonus Schedule:

$1,000 after 90 days $1,500 after 6 months $2,500 after 1 year

Total Potential Sign-On Bonus:

$5,000 Sign-on bonus eligibility includes maintaining full-time status, working scheduled 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, and remaining actively employed in good standing at each applicable milestone.
