Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Full-time
Job Description

- Ability to practice independently while functioning successfully within the Mobile healthcare team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with common office equipment and electronic medical recordkeeping software required. Experience with Amazing Charts is preferred.
- Proven skills are required for the effective administering of evidence-based care
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse in a clinic, hospital, ER, or other settings
- Expertise in primary care, acute care, and chronic care practices
- Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
- Current Florida Licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse And interested in working 5 days per week, 30
- 36 hours, in designated fixed locations in Charlotte County on our Mobile Medical Clinic, this may be the right position for you!
APRN Duties:
Direct tasks of the Nurse Practitioner include coordination of all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and consultation. Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary mobile or clinical team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients. Answering questions from patients and the community about the Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic Mission and Services.
