Blush Beauty Lounge is looking for an experienced, motivated Nurse Practitioner / Aesthetic Injector to join our growing clinical team at our Dune Lakes location in Santa Rosa Beach. We anticipate this position beginning around 3 days per week, with the opportunity to add additional days as the provider's patient base grows. We are also open to building a full-time position for the right candidate who is looking for a long-term home and wants to grow alongside our clinical department. Blush is a growing aesthetics and wellness practice with two locations in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Our clinical department is expanding, and this is a great opportunity for a provider who wants to build a strong patient base while being supported by an established brand, dedicated marketing and patient acquisition efforts, and an experienced clinical team. Responsibilities Provide cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers Perform consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients and provide thoughtful follow-up care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established medical protocols Build strong, long-term patient relationships and encourage retention and rebooking Collaborate with our Clinical Director and aesthetic team Participate in ongoing training and continuing education Help grow your patient base with support from Blush's marketing and patient acquisition efforts Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner license Aesthetic medicine and/or cosmetic injectable experience preferred Strong consultation and patient communication skills Conservative, thoughtful approach to aesthetic treatments Warm, professional and highly focused on the patient experience Motivated to build and maintain a loyal patient base Interested in continued education and long-term growth with Blush Experience with regenerative aesthetics, PRF/PRP, wellness medicine or hormone replacement therapy is a plus, but not required. Schedule Approximately 3-5 days per week at our Dune Lakes location. We anticipate starting around 3 days per week and growing from there based on patient demand and provider availability. For an experienced candidate who is the right fit for our team, we are open to discussing a full-time position from the start. Compensation $50-$65 per hour, depending on aesthetic experience. There is opportunity for additional performance-based compensation and benefits as the role and schedule grow.
