Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year experience as an RN in an ICU or critical care unit Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications Proficient in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for critically ill adults Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills Ability to function effectively in high-pressure situationsResponsibilities:
