Job Description
Memorial Health in Savannah, GA seeks a Registered Nurse for our Bariatric Med-Surg unit. The RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based care to bariatric and medical-surgical patients, including pre- and post-operative monitoring, medication administration, wound and drain care, and patient/family education. Responsibilities include assessing patient status, developing and updating care plans, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring safe transitions of care. The RN supports quality improvement, follows all safety and infection control standards, and mentors team members in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
