• Flexible Scheduling Monday to Friday Day shifts (7:00am
• 7:00pm) & (7pm
• 7am) Saturday & Sunday shifts available (flexible) Overnights shifts available Choose from full-time, part-time, or contract roles We prioritize matching you with a schedule that fits your life
• What You'll Need Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Pediatric care experience (required) Clinical proficiency in: Ventilator experience Tracheostomy care G-tube feeding Suctioning and oxygen management Home health experience (preferred) Strong critical thinking , compassion , and communication skills
• Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one nursing care in the client's home Monitor and assess patient condition; document in EHR Administer medications, feedings, and prescribed treatments Educate and support families on care techniques Collaborate with the Nurse Administrator and Clinical Director on care plans Maintain HIPAA compliance and nursing best practices
