As a Dialysis RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients with chronic kidney conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Covering as Charge Nurse and participating in care rounds with the physician Attending IDT meetings and reporting abnormal findings Documenting and completing care plans and assessments Performing medication reconciliation and monthly progress notes on all patients Working within your scope of practice as requested by the client Floating to other Albany area clinics as needed Requirements for this role include: Compact RN license BLS certification Need 1 year experience in setting Charge experience required Ability to work shifts approximately from 0500-1700 on MWF, with occasional staffing meetings on T/Th Willingness to participate in a Saturday rotation based on client need Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
