Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Monitor patient progress, administer medications, track vital signs, and respond to emergencies. Coordinate discharge planning and post-care instructions for patients and families. Maintain accurate, timely medical records and communicate clearly with all team members.

Qualifications:

Active RN license (state license or compact). Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg nursing experience. BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred. Strong critical thinking, organizational, and documentation skills. Comfortable adapting to new settings and systems.
