Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment; specific shifts and schedules provided upon assignment match
Qualifications:
Active RN license (state eligibility required) Minimum of one year experience circulating in an Operating Room setting Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred Proficiency with perioperative nursing procedures, instruments, and safety protocols Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary surgical teams Strong critical thinking and adaptable communication skills
Responsibilities:
Safely prepare patients for surgical procedures, ensuring compliance with best practice standards Circulate and/or scrub in general, orthopedic, and specialty cases Meticulously document intraoperative activities and patient responses Utilize advanced technologies and monitor surgical environments for optimal patient outcomes Support surgeons and anesthesiologists with effective hands-on assistance Maintain sterilization, infection prevention, and compliance protocols
