Oasis assessment, Wound care, neg pressure device mgt, PICC and Central line MGT, foley insertion and mgt, pleurX drain mgt, ostomy care and mgt, trach care, and LVAD mgt. on call 1 weekend/month and occasional call 1 day after hrs call during the week days Duties Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals with acute, chronic, or ongoing health needs. Manage medications, health appointments, documentation, physician communications, and changes in clients' conditions. Coordinate care with healthcare providers and other disciplines, including hospital and discharge teams. Supervise nursing staff and ensure unlicensed staff receive appropriate health, safety, and disease-prevention training. Maintain health and safety standards, including infection prevention, medication policies, equipment, supplies, and required nursing records. #
