Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent RN-Telemetry experience Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Current BLS and ACLS certifications Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and document patients with cardiac conditions Interpret telemetry readings and promptly address abnormalities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement, monitor, and evaluate patient care plans Educate patients and families on care processes and ongoing management Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Ensure adherence to established safety and patient care standards
