Job Description
Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Demonstrated experience in Stepdown and/or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings Proficient assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and implement necessary interventions Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required Compassionate approach and strong organizational abilitiesSchedule:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to high-acuity patients transitioning from intensive care or requiring continuous monitoring Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and changes, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to personalize care plans Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide wound care as needed Utilize clinical skills to recognize and act on critical changes in patient condition Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and recovery requirements Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and facility protocolsBenefits:
