Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses; intervene as needed to ensure safety and comfort. Assess patient status, document findings, and contribute to updating individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members; communicate with patients and families to support informed decision-making. Ensure adherence to nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical practice; maintain accurate charting and infection control practices.
