We are currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses to join our evening or night shift team at Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, Georgia. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, shift differentials, and the chance to provide meaningful patient care while working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. About Baldwin State Prison Baldwin State Prison serves incarcerated adult men, including individuals requiring close security, and carries a Special Mission designation. According to the Georgia Department of Corrections, the facility provides: Level III mental health services , including supportive living, acute care, and crisis stabilization A 17-bed infirmary On-site specialty clinics that provide care as needed Mental health evaluations and support for six facilities These services support patients with a range of medical and behavioral health needs.

Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, the RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to assess, identify, and respond to patients' medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care Complete nursing assessments and contribute to individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow established safety, security, and infection control procedures Qualifications Associate degree in nursing required Active Georgia RN license or an active multistate/compact RN license authorizing practice in Georgia Current CPR certification Ability to obtain required security clearance, including successful completion of a drug screen and background check Availability to work the selected evening or night shift, including rotating weekends indmhm #AM Share job details to
