We have immediate openings for RN's interested in a flexible schedule, 1:1 ratio for a home health company specializing in home infusions. •This is a 5-day infusion that runs Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tue. every 4 weeks.•We are looking for someone that available Monday and Tuesday during the evenings.•

Salary:

Highly competitive: start per diem @+$40/hr + millage reimbursement

Duties:

.Follow plan of care based on identified needs. . Provide treatment and education based on physician's orders and plan of treatment. . Provide specific care to patients with IV infusions, and medication education.

Requirements:

.Current RN license for the state of Georgia. .Must be comfortable with Peripheral IV start and Implanted Port access. Able to work in the community and drive within the area to access and serve patients in their homes.
