We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department on a Full-Time Mid Shift (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM) . If you're an experienced Emergency Room nurse looking to make a difference in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you! Position Summary The Emergency Department Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for individuals of all ages. This role collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality emergency care while helping maintain efficient patient flow throughout the Emergency Department. Key Responsibilities Assess and provide nursing care for Emergency Department patients of all ages Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to critical changes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members Assist with patient flow, supplies, and equipment management Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment Follow nursing standards, safety protocols, and hospital policies Qualifications Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of Emergency Room experience required BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency setting Why Join WCRMC?
