Home Care Assessment RN Job Summary:

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc., a provider of Home Care in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an in-home assessment specialist. As a 1099 contractor, you will conduct 60-90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Home Care Assessment RN is an integral part of our team, and we offer a supportive, professional environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive 60-90 day in-home client assessments Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans Communicate assessment findings to the care team Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including: Medication management Wound care Catheter and tube feeding care Diabetes management/insulin administration Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:
