Responsibilities:

Deliver essential care to patients in the Emergency Room, maintaining top standards for safety and quality. Assess, monitor, and rapidly respond to patient needs in high-pressure situations. Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Educate patients and families, clearly communicating vital information during stressful times. Accurately document assessments, interventions, and progress in electronic health records. Adhere to all compliance, infection control, and hospital protocols.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Active RN license, unrestricted and in good standing. Proven experience working in ER settings (required). Excellent communication, triage, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments. Current BLS, ACLS, and other certifications as required by assignment. Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and hospital policies.
