RN Unit Care Coordinator Piedmont Crossing | Thomasville, NC At Piedmont Crossing, a premier continuing care retirement community committed to excellence in resident-centered care, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Care Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating clinical care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and resident needs. The RN Unit Care Coordinator oversees nursing personnel on the assigned unit, manages clinical care functions, conducts employee performance evaluations, and promotes a culture of teamwork, compassion, and accountability. This position also provides direct resident care as needed and serves as a clinical resource for staff, residents, and families. Education Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current CPR certification. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated clinical expertise and the ability to provide exceptional care to residents with a wide range of healthcare needs.
