2 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down/Telemetry position requiring at least 3 years of recent stepdown experience and a GA or compact RN license. Details Work in the Step Down/CPU unit of a hospital environment Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 Every other weekend (EOW) required Uses Cerner EMR Requires telemetry monitoring and IV start skills Requirements Active RN license (GA or compact) currently in hand Current certifications: BLS and ACLS Minimum 3+ years of recent Stepdown experience required Intermediate to advanced fetal monitoring (FM) skills required Telemetry and IV start experience required Previous travel nursing experience preferred Additional Information Holiday coverage required as assigned Minimal to no RTO accommodated during the assignment Royal blue scrubs required and not provided Accepts local candidates living within 31-50 miles of the facility at local rate Candidates residing less than 30 miles from the facility are not accepted Must reside within a defined radius to qualify for travel or local pay determination
