Role:

Registered Nurse - Telemetry with at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient status, respond to clinical changes, document assessments and interventions, support safe care transitions, and provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven nursing experience in telemetry, strong assessment and documentation skills, ability to follow clinical protocols, and excellent communication.

Key Duties:

Provide quality patient care during 12-hour shifts, ensure accurate documentation, facilitate handoffs, and educate patients and families.
