Requirements:
Position requires an active nurse license in the State of Iowa. Offering this opportunity to an RN or an experienced LPN. As an MDS Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing and managing comprehensive care plans for residents, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will utilize your core nursing skills, including patient assessment and care, alongside premium skills in EHR systems. Your expertise in long-term care and critical care will enhance the quality of services provided. Additional responsibilities include weekly skin assessments as the facility's skin nurse.
