Home Health RN Shift:
Days . Pay Package $62/hour $2,480 Gross Weekly $1,360/week Taxable W2 $1,120/week Non-Taxable Stipends 40 Hours/Week Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans. Perform and document OASIS assessments accurately. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Coordinate care with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. Requirements Active Iowa RN License- Required Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience
- Required Recent OASIS experience
- Required BCLS
