Position Summary The Live-In Caregiver provides 24-hour support and companionship to a client in their home while maintaining designated off-duty periods for rest and personal time. This role is ideal for a compassionate, dependable caregiver who values building meaningful relationships and providing consistent, high-quality care. Primary Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Mobility assistance and transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, dishes, tidying common areas) Assist with medication reminders (non-medical) Accompany client to appointments or errands when requested Monitor client's condition and promptly report changes to the care team Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Respect client dignity, privacy, and independence at all times Live-In Schedule & Expectations Caregiver resides in the client's home during the assignment A private sleeping area and designated off-duty time are provided Caregiver is expected to respond to client needs during overnight hours as required Schedule details vary by client and will be discussed prior to placement Qualifications Previous caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or similar) preferred CNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus (not required) Ability to pass a background check Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor Strong communication skills Ability to follow care plans and agency policies Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Requirements Ability to assist with transfers and mobility Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required for client care What We Offer Competitive live-in pay Consistent assignments and support from our care team 24/7 on-call support Meaningful work that truly makes a difference Respectful, caregiver-focused company culture
