What You'll Do Provide first aid and routine health care to students. Administer medications and treatments according to district policies. Maintain accurate and confidential student health records. Monitor student illnesses and communicate with parents/guardians as needed. Support students with chronic health conditions and individualized health plans. Collaborate with school nurses, administrators, teachers, and families. Assist with health screenings, immunization compliance, and state reporting. Respond calmly and effectively during medical emergencies. What We're Looking For Experience working in a medical office, clinic, school health office, or healthcare setting required. Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. A compassionate, student-centered approach with the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and families.
