Our specialty Rheumatology Infusion Clinic is seeking a skilled Infusion RN to join our dedicated Infusion Services team. Our outpatient infusion suite operates Monday through Friday, offering a consistent schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Our nurses build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients receiving ongoing infusion therapy. The ideal candidate has experience with IV infusions, biologic medications, and patient monitoring, along with strong clinical documentation skills and a commitment to safe, patient-centered care. $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over the first 180 days of employment. Key Responsibilities Perform IV insertion, initiation, and monitoring for infusion therapy Administer and monitor biologic infusions and specialty medications Evaluate and become proficient with new rheumatology infusion medications Monitor patients for infusion reactions, side effects, and therapeutic response Provide high-quality direct patient care in an outpatient infusion setting Accurately document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR) Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant infusion clinic environment Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
