Job Description:

Interact with Individuals with developmental disabilities and provide direct care as required. Regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work site based on work schedule assigned; work overtime or other shifts and/or work assignments to provide coverage for the facility when directed by management. Provide nursing care, and to plan, implement, and evaluate health care provided to Individuals served. Complete quarterly physical examination of Individuals and assessment of medication side effects. Document physical assessments of all reported injuries and illness and determine the appropriate intervention. Provide emergency first aid, CPR, administration of oxygen, and oral suctioning. Administer medications/treatments correctly and accurately. Accurately transcribe and note medication orders. Successfully complete all required training. Communicate effectively with physicians, Individuals, public, and other team members.
