The registered professional nurse is responsible for providing care, treatment, and education through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The registered professional nurse is responsible for the care of patient's ages: neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric; taking into account patient acuity levels, ages, disabilities, and stages of development in the performance of her/his responsibilities. Nursing care is provided in collaboration with the Medical Staff and in accordance with objectives and policies of Graham Hospital. The registered professional nurse functions independently as well as collaboratively with the health care team and reports directly to the Director of Inpatient Nursing. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Current Illinois Licensure BLS certification through AHA required ACLS or obtain within one year PALS or obtain within one year Eligible for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus!!
