Our clinical teams partner directly with employers to provide on-site occupational health services that keep employees safe, healthy, and productive while helping organizations manage workplace injuries and compliance programs. Position Overview Work Comp Management Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Health Nurse (RN) based in Champaign , Illinois . This position supports multiple client locations and will float between sites as needed to provide nursing coverage for occupational health clinics and employer worksites. The nurse will work Sunday night-Friday morning shift (11:00 PM

• 7:00 AM or 10:00 PM
• 6:00 AM) providing occupational health services including injury care, case management support, regulatory compliance services, and employee health programs.

This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys independent work in an industrial environment and supporting workforce health initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide first aid and treatment for occupational injuries and illnesses Conduct employee health assessments and triage workplace injuries Support workers' compensation case management and documentation Perform drug and alcohol testing, breath alcohol testing, and specimen collections Administer hearing tests, respirator fit testing, and other surveillance programs Maintain OSHA-compliant medical documentation and incident reports Coordinate care with supervisors, HR, and external medical providers Support return-to-work and modified duty programs Maintain clinic equipment, medical supplies, and program records Travel between assigned client sites to provide coverage when needed Qualifications Required Active RN license in the State of Illinois Minimum 3 years of nursing experience Strong clinical assessment and triage skills Ability to work independently in an on-site occupational health clinic Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to travel locally between client sites Basic computer skills for electronic documentation Preferred Occupational health, emergency, urgent care, or industrial nursing experience Experience with workers' compensation case management Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or COHN-S Experience with spirometry, audiometry, respirator fit testing, and drug screening Compensation & Benefits $45
