Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub for complex cardiovascular surgeries in the operating room Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Monitor patient status and provide interventions as required pre• intra• and post-operatively Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility protocols Assist with advanced surgical equipment and support CVOR procedures as needed

Qualifications:

Current RN license (IL or compact eligible) Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environments
