Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Pearl Pointe, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our patients, working closely with our dedicated healthcare team to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention.
Your duties will include:
Providing direct patient care , including assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and implementing treatments and interventions. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and attention. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Illinois. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience). Ability to work varying shifts , including days, evenings, and nights.
