Night Shift:
3x12's, 7pm to 7am. Job Overview Join the founding team of Lake Harbor Behavioral Health! We are a new behavioral health and addiction treatment facility opening soon in Gurnee, IL. We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our night shift team who are passionate about helping individuals recover from substance use and mental health disorders. This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with meaningful patient care while helping shape a new program from the ground up. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care and medication administration Monitor patient health status and respond to medical needs Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and behavioral health staff Educate patients and families regarding treatment and recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment Qualifications Current Illinois RN license (in good standing) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Behavioral health, addiction treatment, detox, or residential experience preferred but not required Why Join Us?
